How to request a service

Once the payment is completed, we will proceed with the order immediately and send you an order confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

When a customer requests an exchange or return, our company will act as their representative and comply with the exchange/return regulations set forth by the seller of the product purchased on the customer's behalf.
Our service charge, which amounts to 5% of the item's price + $4, is non-refundable for return requests that result from the customer's decision to change their mind about the purchase, rather than any defect or issue with the product itself.
When a refund or partial refund is necessary due to the fault of the product seller (such as cancellation of the order due to out of stock) or our service, we will process the refund or partial refund without deducting our service fee. We will refund the amount previously agreed upon with the customer, via the original payment method or credit for use in a future order, based on the customer's request.
